By using CookClip, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. No Mandatory Account and Device Access
- You can use CookClip normally without creating a separate CookClip account.
- CookClip does not provide iCloud sync across devices.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple device secure.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of recipes and content you upload or import. You grant CookClip a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not misuse CookClip, reverse engineer the app, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not interfere with service integrity, security, or availability.
5. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
CookClip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CookClip disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where CookClip operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
